Job purpose

The Enrollment Specialist position will perform a variety of operational duties to support our Nationwide Enrollment Team and whose primary role is to facilitate and execute new enrollments with high levels of accuracy and customer service.

Duties and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Enter, review, and audit enrollment data from various sources (database, email, phone calls)
Prioritizing multiple projects and support tasks under pressure
Follow established protocols meticulously and efficiently
Achieving monthly personal sales/enrollment objectives
Contributes to team success by assisting colleagues in fielding and managing inquiries from prospective members
Complies with all data integrity and security policies. Maintains the strictest of confidentiality requirements.
Performs other related duties, which may be inclusive, but not listed in the job description

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Extensive experience within a call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to complete tasks under pressure (experience meeting quotas is a plus)
Curiosity and passion for learning
MUST be able to collaborate with others and be a team player
Proficiency in speaking English and Spanish is a plus
