    • Serve as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist within the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Service Management Division, responsible for a wide range of IT projects, policy and planning activities in support of the NEC and functional organizations.

    coordinating and implementing Information Technology (IT) programs and projects; ensuring compliance with Information Technology plans, polices, procedures and federal acquisition regulations; scheduling, prioritizing, and controlling funding and manpower resources, conducting system assessments, coordinating activities between concerned parties, and assisting in resolving differences; and planning policy making activities and providing technical advice on critical or controversial Information Technology issues.

    The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:

    (1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
