In this role, you will be working cross functionally with all aspects of Plant Operations, Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering and acting as the liaison for corporate functions, like Corporate Engineering, Quality and Finance.

    This individual will be accountable for operational readiness of project initiatives established by the Executive Leadership Team.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Primary point person at Lasko operations facilities to lead project initiatives, in coordination with operations leaders and engineers.
    • Provide project cost analysis and capital budget based on project scope.
    • Manage new project launches to ensure all cross functional teams are engaged roadblocks identified.
    • Communicate project risks, status, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
    • Deep understanding of the production line layout, flow, and modeling
    • Coordinate activities with outside contractors or companies required to execute a successful project.
    • Execute prudent risk and issue management.
    • Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables at a plant level.
    • Analyzes project trade-offs and requests changes in scope, schedule and resources when needed.
    • Lead bidding processes/quotations for new industrial equipment based on equipment specifications provided by manufacturing team
    • Develop SOP’s and align product standards with manufacturing process prior to production start.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience launching projects in a Domestic or global manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrated mastery of scheduling (Milestones, Tasks, Duration and task dependencies)
    • Significant experience using Scheduling tools such as MS Project or SmartSheet
    • Ability to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision under challenging conditions
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, including the management and delegation of appropriate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff with appropriate business justification to generate motivation
    • Experience presenting project proposals to executive leadership
    • Position is an on-site role in Fort Worth, TX
