Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee window replacement projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific window replacement needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations to achieve optimal results.
Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate window replacement requirements, take measurements, and identify any potential challenges.
Prepare detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates, while ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Source and manage project materials, equipment, and subcontractors to guarantee project progress and quality meet established standards.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including installation crews, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify and address potential project risks, conflicts, or delays, employing creative problem-solving to mitigate any issues that arise.
Monitor and report on project status, milestones, and budgetary performance to senior management and clients, fostering transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and industry best practices, prioritizing the well-being of project teams and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
Qualifications
3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman desired
Knowledge of construction and code requirements
Resourceful problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and skills while managing information for multiple jobs
Versatility and a willingness to work within changing priorities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to bend over, lift, and carry 50 lbs
High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
OSHA certification (a plus)
