  • Role and Responsibilities

    The Sales Inventory Operations and Planning Project Manager is dynamic and experienced in leading and coordinating sales, inventory, and operations planning activities within our organization. You will be responsible for managing projects related to sales forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational planning to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

    Responsibilities:
    • 1. Develop and implement sales, inventory, and operations planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet sales targets.
    • 2. Lead cross-functional teams to forecast sales demand, plan inventory levels, and align operational activities with business goals.
    • 3. Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • 4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to develop integrated plans for sales and operations.
    • 5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and operations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • 6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
    • 7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and support project objectives.
    • 8. Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance sales inventory operations and planning processes.
    • 9. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement in SIOP practices.
    • 10. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members involved in sales inventory operations and planning projects.

            Qualifications:
    • - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • - Proven experience in sales inventory operations and planning, project management, or related roles.
    • - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
    • - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • - Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management software, and supply chain processes.
    • - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
