POSITION PURPOSE: Manage all insides sales, warehouse, delivery and building aspects of a branch distribution center.

ESSENTIAL PURPOSE
1. Responsible for facilitation of daily activities of inside/ counter sales, warehouse, and delivery
A. Meet or exceed sales, profitability, inventory, and performance standards.
B. Support management, territory managers, and customer requests. Manage bids, order,
entry, fulfillment, scheduling, and tracking.
C. Meet or exceed sales, profitability, inventory, and performance standards.
2. Schedule, supervise, and train personnel
A. Provide leadership and higher-level decision making to branch.
B. Ensure personnel have information, tools, and training to perform their job.
C. Report time to payroll, perform performance evaluations, write-ups, counseling as
necessary.
3. Responsible for daily transactions, inventory control, and facility maintenance
A. Must ensure daily processing and accuracy of receipts, shipping, billing, open transfers, open
orders, assessing and prevention of damage, damage repair and claims, cycle counts, and
cash drawers.
B. Must communicate inventory needs/ forecasts to purchasing.
C. Ensure building is open/closed/ secured. Maintenance of building and vehicles are
performed as needed. Ensure we are following established policies including emergency
action plan, fire, and safety procedures, first aid kits, and forklift training. Ensure drivers and
vehicles have proper documentations and certifications.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
1. Direct feedback of support from Director of Operations
2. Development of branch personnel
3. Inventory audits and cycle counts
4. Achieving annual sales goals
5. And other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:College preferred however not required if industry specific experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:HVAC specific industry knowledge. Wholesale distribution knowledge.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Prior operations or inside sales experience.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and sales, management, and operations.
COMPUTER SKILLS:Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn P21 and vendor systems as required.

AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITES:Must possess average ability to drive forklift, read counter tickets, and drive forklift
AVERAGE HEARING:Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and employees, both in person and via telephone.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH:Must be capable of lifting 75lb. or more to assist in pulling and loading customer orders when necessary
