    The New Products Program Manager is responsible for developing, program building, and project managing new products and services at Bailey. They will collaborate with Directors, Trainers, Branch Service Managers, Sales and Customer Support Representatives, and the Intralogistics department to drive customer applications, sales, and service.  


    This is an intrapreneurial role that involves business development, project management, and process improvement, and will require regional travel. The New Products Program Manager reports directly to the VP of Intralogistics, while also supporting the Service and Sales Departments.  


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with other stakeholders to define strategy for new products and services, including solution prioritization, partner strategy, and operational plan. 
    2. Develop and execute a hiring and training plan, in conjunction with Trainers, HR, Service, and Sales.   
    3. Develop an effective sales training program encompassing vendor and in-house training. 
    4. Procure proper tools, vehicles, supplies, etc. for staff to be safe, effective, and successful.  
    5. Project manage Sales, Service, and Engineering efforts to achieve maximum success for our customer accounts. 
    6. Develop and manage partnerships and relationships with solutions providers, suppliers, subcontractors, and referral partners.  
    7. Define both the go-to-market and implementation motion for Bailey’s new products and services. 
    8. Develop new business in conjunction with the Sales and Intralogistics teams.  
    9. Sell, execute, and/or manage projects, services, and products as required. 
    10. Support the Sales team in hitting related market share and revenue targets. 
    11. Work with Marketing to build awareness and generate leads; lead pricing and promotion of new products and services. 
    12. Collaborate with Finance and IT to develop reporting and software for the program. 
    13. Project manage other initiatives and projects (construction, integrations, etc.), and handle additional tasks and responsibilities, as assigned.

    Education/Training/Experience:

    • College Degree, with degree in business management or engineering preferred 
    • MBA (preferred) 
    • 5 years of experience in equipment, dock and door, service operations, construction, program management, industrial engineering, or project management 
    • 2 years in general, project, or program management 
    • Technical or mechanical background (preferred) 


    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

    • Auto-CAD (preferred) 
    • Knowledge of dock and door, material handling equipment, construction, and/or warehouse optimization 
    • Great communication skills (written and verbal) 
    • Proven project management skills 
    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities 
    • Outstanding research and analytical abilities
