Job Description:
As a Plant Controller or Plant Finance Manager at Metalsa, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising Plant Operations and the SBU management team to enhance the financial performance of our Roanoke plant. You will lead and develop the Plant Finance team according to Metalsa Values and Competencies while generating, monitoring, and interpreting all financial and administrative reports. Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading and developing the Plant Finance team according to Metalsa Values and Competencies.
· Generating, monitoring, and interpreting all financial and administrative reports, identifying main variations, risks, and opportunities, and working on action plans to close gaps.
· Serving as a liaison between the Plant Leadership Team and corporate on expectations, KPIs, and action plans.
· Overseeing monthly accounting closing processes for local and USD books.
· Leading the preparation of Rolling Forecasts and Long-Term Projections for the plant.
· Preparing monthly financial results meetings, explaining budget vs. actuals and forecasts.
· Executing Internal Control, Internal & External Audit, Statutory Reporting, and continuous improvement on administrative processes and controls.
· Conducting ad-hoc analysis and projects such as savings tracking, cost-benefit analysis, dashboards, and make or buy decisions.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, and/or Accounting.
· MBA or master's degree in finance/Controllership preferred.
· 6 to 8 years or more of experience as a Controller or Finance Manager.
· Expertise in financial planning and analysis, operational accounting processes, controlling, international accounting, regulations, costs, and audit.
· Proven record of monitoring, interpreting, and analyzing financial information and translating it into useful insights.
· Experience in financial forecasting, risk & opportunities management, and resource allocation in a multinational company.
· Ability to facilitate financial analysis, cost reduction, P&L, and quote scenarios.
· Ability to translate operational indicators into financial KPIs.
