Basic Qualifications
- Candidate will have 5 years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
- Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $490k up to $650k (or higher)
- 5 year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
- Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
Compensation and Benefits
