Project Manager

Located in Wichita, Kansas, One Source Products is a supplier of commercial hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, toilet accessories, and more. Not only are we a supplier, we also install newly provided door and hardware packages as well as service any existing products affiliated with doors and hardware.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to provide intricate door and hardware detailing all the way through purchasing, including project management until the job is completed.

Essential Functions:

• Review contracts for accuracy
• Thoroughly detail project
• Prepare submittals including any elevations and send to client
• Update any approved submittal info
• Review job schedule and purchase product according to requested delivery dates
• Create and manage change orders according to customer requests

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous commercial door & hardware experience
• Experience using Comsense is preferred
• Very detail oriented, organized, great with math, and self-driven
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and other supporting documentation
• Ability to prioritize
