May be responsible for testing engines or other mechanical components, storage or transport vessels like pipelines or containers, or major structures like bridges or tunnels. Being a Non-Destructive Test Technician requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Non-Destructive Test Technician works under moderate supervision. Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you have the opportunity to test, tune and do basic troubleshooting of complex, multi-function, RF/microwave microelectronic assemblies.
You are responsible for:
o Check the units for correct bonding
o Identify RF shorts
o Identify problem location (e.g. driver board, RF side)
o Understand assembly process to identify shorts/opens in epoxy, bleed out.
