The Test Technician is responsible for executing test procedures relative to radio frequency (RF) and acoustic attenuation of materials, products under production, and finished goods. The Test Technician is also responsible for recording test results, reporting findings, providing feedback, and helping to guide production personnel to mitigate or repair any defects found. The Test Technician will additionally maintain specialized RF and acoustic test equipment and draft or revise test procedures.

This position does not require the supervision of direct reports.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment, inside and outside, in all weather conditions. This role can routinely use standard tools of the trade and office equipment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb, and stand. Regular lifting up to 75 lbs. may occur.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hourly position. Standard days and hours are 40 hours per week, weekends and extended hours as needed. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends will be required based on business needs.
