May be responsible for testing engines or other mechanical components, storage or transport vessels like pipelines or containers, or major structures like bridges or tunnels. Being a Non-Destructive Test Technician, Sr. requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Non-Destructive Test Technician, Sr. independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. To be a Non-Destructive Test Technician, Sr. typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. ABOUT THE ROLE
* Trim-out homes at customer site
* Application of drywall and texture
* Plumbing, electrical, flooring repair and installation
* Complete final inspection with customer to determine any additional repairs
* Maintain truck and keep tools in working order
* Maintain accurate work records and logs
* Provide customers and coworkers with remarkable experience
* Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies while performing job duties
* Follows work orders and instructions
* Maintains open communication with Supervisor
* Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
* Performs various other job duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate with some college
- 2 – 4 years previous relevant, related experience
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
- Demonstrated in-depth customer service history
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal, and external customers
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Attention to detail
