As a Design and Engineering (D&E) Reliability Lab Technician, this role will support product development by performing hands-on build, prototyping, proof-of-concept, diagnostic and troubleshooting testing, of electrical and mechanical systems, in a consistent, repeatable, safe and efficient manner. Another key responsibility is to support at least one of ASML's development labs which includes maintaining testing equipment, instrumentation, and tooling in a ready state, including but not limited to calibration tracking, configuration management of test stands and test equipment, and safety monitoring as well as other tasks in support of projects and production operations. The third primary responsibility is ownership, planning, and scheduling activities within the lab, and maintaining the lab with a 5S environment. Basic computer skills are required for test stand operation, as well as for scheduling and communicating with customers.

This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires daily onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, inspections, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
Education and experience
High School Degree with 5 years relevant work experience
High School Degree and Technical Certification (i.e. Electronic Technician) with 3 years relevant work experience
Associates Degree with 3 years relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, electrical or mechanical, with 2 years relevant work experience
