Job Description:
Full Time LPN or RN in Occupational Medicine, a fast paced, growing environment.
Primary location is Garner Clinic
Responsibilities:
Working with Occupational Medicine Physician in clinic, including Work Injuries, post-offer physicals, DOT physicals, and specialty appointments.
Communicating with case managers, work comp adjustors, and employers
Scheduling for multiple providers, work comp authorizations, scanning and sending documents.
Occasionally performing drug screens and Breath Alcohol Testing.
May work in other clinics with providers as needed.
Requirements:
Need excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, teamwork oriented, independent problem solver, and very service oriented.
BLS required but may get through ISH within 6 months of hire.
Also requires Current LPN or RN License in Iowa.
Will need to become certified drug screener and BAT upon hire.
Work Comp or Case Management experience a plus, but not required.
