Job Summary

Performs basic and complex in vivo and in vitro nuclear medicine procedures for inpatients, outpatients and mobile outreach patients. This position will work two days at a clinic or hospital setting. Three days providing outreach services to various locations. If you enjoy serving others, work independently and appreciate variety ~ this position may be for you.  Join a cohesive team. This position supports the function of nuclear medicine scans for the diagnosis and treatment of numerous diseases and disease processes.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Certification/Licensure

• Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required.
• Iowa Permit to Practice license required within 60 days of employment.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License required within 6 months of employment.
• Successful completion of a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screening is required.
• Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm; 72 hours 2 weeks. Occasional weekend/holiday.

Pay

• $35.00-53.00 per hour
