Title : Pest Control Technician

Company : Riverside Pest Control is a growing family owned and operated company that services Isle of Wight and Hampton Roads. Riverside Pest Control provides; pest management, mole services, termite treatments, and moisture control measures to both residential and commercial properties.

Job Description : A Pest Control Technician would be expected to provide service to customers through their route work, as well as complete large jobs with a crew. A Pest Control Technician should be able to accomplish the following;

• Work independently
• Complete pest control measures per their license
• Assist with daily labor including but not limited to; loading / unloading, stocking, and crew jobs from other technicians
• Assist with equipment maintenance

Skill / Qualifications : Applicants must have a valid Registered Technician License. Applicants must have a valid drivers license in good standing. Applicants must be able to complete physical labor tasks while wearing the required personal protective equipment during unfavorable conditions, including working outside in the summer. Additionally, applicants must be able to;

• Crawl in confined spaces and handle up to 40lbs while wearing personal protective equipment
• Operate handheld tools including but not limited to an large hammer drill, screwdriver, and reciprocating saw
• Should not have a fear of pests that will be encountered
• Should not be fearful of confined spaces

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
