Job Overview:
We are looking for a diligent pest control technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing solutions to ensure pest-free environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify infestations and conditions conducive to pests.
• Apply treatments and install preventive measures to control pest activity.
• Advise customers on the treatments used and provide recommendations for preventing future pest problems.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upsells, earning commissions and bonuses.

Requirements:

• Experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job and work in various environmental conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in pest control is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.48 per hour
