Position Overview:
As a Pest Control Technician at UGAF Pest Control Solutions, LLC, you will be instrumental in our efforts to create pest-free environments for both residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in pest control will be invaluable as we work to establish our reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and assess pest issues, including the severity of infestations.
• Develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to specific pest species, property size, and client preferences.
• Perform pest control treatments, including the responsible application of pesticides and other control methods, in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Educate clients on proactive measures and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all pest control services, including detailed treatment plans, materials used, and service reports.
• Stay current on industry regulations, best practices, and advancements in pest control technology.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
• Uphold our company's high standards for professionalism, customer service, and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed pest control technician.
• Possession of a valid state-issued pest control license or certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of common pests, their behaviors, and effective control methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to handle equipment, work at elevated heights, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Rate:

• $50.00 per treated house.
