Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, and training clinical staff. Being a Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care ensures that nurses are current in competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training. May provide direct patient care and is responsible for evaluating patient health. Additionally, Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care may require an advanced degree. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). **Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required. 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license in hand at the time of application. Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role. COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
