-A minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
-Experience using Point Click Care software (PCC)
-A clear understanding of federal and state regulations pertaining to Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Insurance from a billing and business office manager perspective.
-Experience with Resident Trust Fund accounts
-Collection and Account Research Experience

The BOM should exemplify effective communication and relational skills by phone and during in-person contacts. The BOM will assist in, and perform duties as requested by the facility Administrator, Corporate Director of Finance and Business Office Compliance, COO, and VP of Operation. The BOM will work in partnership with the facility's Admissions Coordinator, Hospital Recruiting Liasons, and MDS Coordinator.
The BOM is part of the departmental office staff. He/She should exemplify personal professionalism in conduct, punctuality, and attire, as well as healthy relational skills with colleagues, residents, and family members of residents.
Salary is largely based on a candidate's applicable experience, current licensing/credentials, and the content of a candidate's interview(s) with person(s) representing Paramount Healthcare.
