Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various healthcare settings, including assisted living, home health, acute care, hospice care, and nursing homes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Manage shift schedules and staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
- Implement training programs for nursing staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Extensive experience in nursing leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with Medicare and healthcare reimbursement systems
- Strong understanding of shift management in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in acute care settings
- Background in hospice care
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems

Pay: $77,308.45 - $93,102.65 per year
