Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, and training clinical staff. Being a Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care ensures that nurses are current in competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training. May provide direct patient care and is responsible for evaluating patient health. Additionally, Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care may require an advanced degree. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. JOB SUMMARY
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll for our facilities. Work will be centered around the Payroll Staff at the Corporate Office and the Payroll Bookkeepers in the facilities. Facility communication will consist of relaying proper proceedures and timliness of submitting payroll information to the Corporate Office.
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels of employment.
