`Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff on the assigned unit
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Perform physical examinations and provide health coaching to patients

- Valid RN license in the state of {location}

- Experience in acute care, ICU, or home care settings preferred
- Proficient in ostomy care, gastric lavage, and other specialized procedures as required
