About the Role:
Contributes to the overall strategies for LTC and Pharmacy Programming in the Market Access (MA) vertical and leads functional planning across all appropriate MA opportunities. Responsible for working with others to understand and build market access plans LTC and the pharmacy Channel. Expectations include business planning, competitive MA analysis, and access opportunities inclusive of business planning, organized customer, channel management and pharmacy services. Responsible for understanding the MA organization, and appropriately including subject matter experts in analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long Term Care._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Builds comprehensive Market Access (MA) plan for on market products in LTC and in the pharmacy network
Works cross-functionally with Brand Marketing to ensure alignment of strategy
Serves as the primary interface with Market Access agency for LTC and Channel opportunity
Develops and manages annual project and budget plan
Proactively involves the Market Access Leadership team in decisions and opportunities appropriately
Coordinates with HEOR (Health Economics, Outcomes Research) to develop value story and messaging along with, FDAMA114 disease state burden of disease messaging, ensuring the product's evidence generation strategy will support the MA objectives
Collaborates with Medical and HEOR to examine messaging gaps and express Market Access needs to be considered for future studies/publications
Responsible for facilitating Market Research in the LTC space in conjunction with colleagues from market research and New Product Commercialization
Develops and leads projects in alignment with company goals and objectives
Works cross-functionally with Market Access, Brand Marketing, NPC, Medical, Market Research, HEOR and other members of the organization to ensure seamless alignment

BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 8 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience with a focus on sales results in pharmaceutical marketing and key account sales, including 3-4 years payer access and/or key account/market access/managed markets marketing experience OR
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 6 years of related experience as noted above OR
PharmD or PhD and 4 years of related experience as noted above
Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements
Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge
Considered an expert within the company and may have external presence in area of expertise
Applies in-depth expertise in discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve efficiency of team

Pharmaceutical sales, Specialty product, Psychiatry/ Neurology therapeutic area, and/or Veeva Vault experience is a plus

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $151,800.00-$220,050.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
