Typically reports to a director. The Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
