We are excited to expand our company by adding a new Phone Sales member to our team! As a member of our Sales team, the employee will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outbound calling to potential customers. The Phone Sales position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform out-bound calls to potential customers to follow up on event attendance
• Deliver accurate information as part of a sales pitch that is tailored to the needs and interest of the customer
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Identify and follow up on leads, capturing key information
• Handle incoming sales inquiries as delegated by other Sales team members
• Maintain organized and accurate sales and CRM records
• Stay up-to-date with company, membership, and live event information
• Establish, meet, and exceed sales numbers and lead generation goals

Qualifications:

• Previous out-bound sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great problem solving skills
• Results oriented and driven mindset; Strong self-starter
• Works well independently as part of a fast-paced company
• Proficient computer skills including CRM and Google suite

Compensation:

• Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
• Commission: 10% of sales
