Nurse Manager - Phone Triage jobs in Manchester, NH

A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for a Phone Triage Registered Nurse for its Family Medicine practice. In this role, you will answer inbound phone calls from patients, schedule appointments, provide referrals, and act as a liaison between physicians, healthcare staff, and third parties as needed. Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and triage patients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Providing home care referrals based on needs.
• Reviewing lab results with patients.
• Coordinating with Doctors, healthcare staff, and third parties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• 36-40 hours/week, 4x9 or 5x8, days
• NO WEEKENDS!
