The REMOTE Behavioral Health Triage Nurse Manager will become responsible for connecting with hospitals and patients, providing a quick assessment, triaging patients, and referring patients to accepting physicians and facilities. The Behavioral Health Operations Manager will report to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, collaborating to ensure appropriate management of each individual with mental health needs.
This role will oversee operational performance, ensuring RN staff are making appropriate and timely decisions. The RN Manager Behavioral Health Center will work to build relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and referring facility staff, ensuring excellent communication and proper continuity of care.
REQUIREMENTS: This RN Leader will possess a Compact State RN License and will reside within the EST or CST Time Zones, allowing for up to 20% travel to local behavioral health facilities. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN Degree is required; Master of Science in Nursing MSN Degree would be highly preferred. A clinical background in behavioral health, whether that be acute care, mental health urgent care, or freestanding psychiatric hospital is required. Prior experience leading telephonic clinical programs is ideal!
