Nurse Manager - Phone Triage manages the day-to-day operation of a nurse triage call center and implements established policies, procedures, and service models. Uses performance and quality standards to achieve and maintain required care delivery levels. Being a Nurse Manager - Phone Triage monitors operations with call data analysis to identify trends, measure productivity, and respond to increases in demand for services. Conducts recruitment and selection activities to maintain optimum levels of nursing staff. Additionally, Nurse Manager - Phone Triage ensures compliance with nursing staff standards for competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training. Responds to escalated problems and may provide patient care evaluations and recommend responses. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Nurse Manager - Phone Triage manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Position Summary:

    The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining all daily operations of the warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and stocking. The Warehouse Manager will oversee the team and will be responsible for their development and continuous growth.   

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    Warehouse Manager is a fulltime exempt position base in our Santa Rosa Headquarters.  This position is a hands-on position that will participate in all Warehouse and Logistics activities.

    Travel:
    Occasional travel is typical for this position.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day Management of Warehouse, Logistics, Shipping and receiving team members.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage, coach and mentor the Logistics workforce across multiple geographically diverse warehouse locations.
    • Solicit departmental feedback to develop and implement methodologies to increase efficiency.
    • Evaluate daily requirements for customer returns and assign staff to process all returns in a timely manner.
    • Evaluate and optimize B2B and B2C shipping and handling costs.
    • Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouses and cable yards.
    • Maintain on time shipping performance.
    • Manage safety for all warehouse and yard activities, loading or unloading of freight, and forklift usage to meet OSHA requirements.
    • Manage monthly inventory counts and Spectrum updates and activities.
    • Oversee the integration and inventory management of ERP systems across multiple warehouse locations.
    • Monitor, supervise and report as needed employee conduct and adherence to Sonics rules, regulations and ethics.
    • Promote Sonic’s commitment of extraordinary internal and external customer service, company culture, employee engagement, and individual growth.

    $87,000 - $95,000
