Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Room jobs in Altus, OK
Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Room works in collaboration with a physician to assess the physical needs of patients admitted to the emergency room. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Room prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Requires a master's degree. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Room requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a physician. Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Room's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. TRS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse who is licensed to work in OK, and has Emergency Room experience. The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- RN Registered Nurse License/Certification
- 2 year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse RN.
- 1 year of recent experience specializing in Emergency Room
- Current Registered Nurse license to work in the state of OK
- Current Basic Life Support certification
