Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Room jobs in Reading, PA

We’re working on behalf of a 219-bed acute care facility that provides comprehensive medical services through emergency room visits, inpatient admissions, outpatient procedures and family care offices.  The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and has been recognized for its quality outcomes and clinical expertise across service lines.  The hospital's ER is the second busiest in Montgomery County, seeing more than 40,000 patients a year. We seek candidates with two (2) or more years of acute care ER experience for the role of Registered Nurse - Emergency Department.  The person in  this role you will work a 7:00 pm - 7:30 am shift on a 26 bed Emergency Department unit. She/he will  develop, implement, and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania (or have the ability to gain this licensure). BLS required upon hire. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.  Must have two (2) or more years of ER experience.
