Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services provided at the hospital include emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services.

Job Duties:The Nurse Practitioner is assigned to support clinic activities at a site or operation. Duties may include: conducting clinical assessments, making diagnoses, fitness for duty, functional capacity testing, and treatment of work related injuries and general illness. Interprets physician orders, appropriate labs, and diagnostic tests.

Three to five years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care and Occupational Health Setting required. Registered with SC DHEC and US Dept. of Justice DEA. DOT certified to administer physicals and collections or be willing to obtain within a designated period. Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist preferred. Maintain current signed protocols reviewed and revised annually and as needed.
