This position will primarily involve assisting in surgical procedures by providing patient care before, during, and after surgeries, with a particular focus on closing up procedures under the guidance of the surgeon.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with plastic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative assessments, intra-operative assistance, and post-operative care.
• Prepare patients for surgery by conducting pre-operative assessments, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist in the operating room by providing surgical support, including positioning patients, sterilizing equipment, and preparing surgical instruments.
• Work closely with the surgical team to anticipate the needs of the surgeon during procedures.
• Close up surgical incisions and wounds under the direction of the surgeon, ensuring optimal aesthetic outcomes and patient safety.
• Monitor patients during surgery and in the post-anesthesia recovery area, providing appropriate interventions as needed.
• Evaluate patients’ progress during the post-operative period, assessing for complications and ensuring appropriate follow-up care.
• Provide patient education regarding post-operative care instructions, wound care, and potential complications.

Qualifications:
