Position: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Location: Odessa, TX 79761
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Days, No On Call, No Weekends
Compensation:

• APRN: Base salary of $135,000 - $145,000 annually.
• Employment: Permanent, Full-Time position.

Relocation Assistance: Support may be available for eligible candidates willing to relocate.

About the Role:
As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive occupational health services, including treatment of work-related injuries, pre-employment evaluations, and preventative care such as vaccinations and flu shots. You will play an integral role in assisting employees of various industries in managing and recovering from on-the-job injuries. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, our team strives to deliver high-quality, efficient healthcare services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical evaluations of patients visiting our center.
• Provide care within an appropriate scope, maintaining high standards of practice.
• Uphold clinical competencies and best practices in patient care.
• Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and regional medical directors to align operations with medical policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize quality of care, patient satisfaction, and center performance.

Qualifications:

• Current DEA and/or DOT certification.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $152,000.00 per year
