    About the Position:

    We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has the ability and passion to:

    • Acquire full working knowledge of all our programs, services, procedures and operations of an out-of-network Boutique dermatology office
    • Motivation and dedication to building their patient schedule, and must be able to think out of the box ideas to generate sales and make their goals
    • Provide a first-rate experience to all our clients
    • Improve upon the many signs of aging by performing popular non-surgical treatments, such as Botox, Sculptra, Fillers, Microneedling with Radiofrequency, Fraxel, and Clear Brilliant laser
    • Offer medical dermatological services, such as treatments for warts, hair loss, scars, acne, rashes, and more.
    • Be a leader and educator for our staff, patients, and community on the latest trends and news in aesthetics and medicine.
    • There is an intensive 90-day onboarding period, which will be full-time (5 days a week) where you will be actively training on all procedures, while also assisting Dr. Nichols and other providers during their patients’ appointments

    About the Doctor, Dr. Kim Nichols

    A board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Nichols is renowned for her expertise in the fields of cosmetic and medical/surgical dermatology.

    Dr. Nichols graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University and attended NYU Medical School, where she discovered her keen interest in the field of dermatology. After graduation, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center and then moved to Los Angeles to complete her MD Dermatology residency at KDMC/Harbor- UCLA Medical Center. During her second year of residency, Dr. Nichols was awarded the prestigious National Women’s Dermatologic Society Mentorship Award. In her final year of training, she was awarded the position of Chief Resident and served as a leader for her residency class.

    A native New Yorker, Dr. Nichols returned to Manhattan after finishing her residency. She immediately began working in private practice in addition to serving as volunteer faculty in the dermatology department of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center. In 2013, Dr. Nichols relocated to the greater New York City area, and opened her own out-of-network, Boutique, dermatology private in Greenwich, CT, namely, NicholsMD of Greenwich. In 2024, NicholsMD will be moving to a bigger and brighter location in Greenwich, CT.

    • Commitment to concierge care and reasonably available outside of patient hours

    • Executes proper Documentation within 24 hours of each patient appointment (Intake, Consent, Records, SOAP Note)
    • Contributing to making your assigned revenue and retail goals
    • Acquisition of 3 new patients monthly—uniquely referred by you
    • Contributing to the new patient acquisition plans for all offices
    • Launching new treatments & products
    • Completely medical inventory as assigned
    • Making patient follow-up calls
    • Reviewing labs
    • Includes on-call duty once per month, with the ability to possibly work twice per week on occasion
    • Maintain EHR patient satisfaction surveys 4.7/5.0
    • Ability to keep composure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to work evenings and two Saturdays a month
    • Must be available up to two duty shifts (5pm Friday-8am Monday) per month, which requires the provider to check patient messages remotely and being available to see a patient in the office in the rare event of an emergency. This duty responsibility is included in the base pay.
    • Employee works ~42 hours per week
