We are looking for candidates who have strong clinical skills, desire a strong team environment, and enjoy forming friendships with residents, co-workers, and families. Work in one spot, no more jumping around section to section. Nurses with experience in long term care will be given extra consideration. Nurses are never pulled to the floor to work as an Aide.
