Nurse Practitioner - Nursing Home jobs in Ogden, UT

As Utah Home Health and Hospice grows, we are excited to expand our Medical Board to include mid-level providers to assist in our mission to provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care to the people of Utah when they need it most.

Board members assist in the oversight of patient care, recommend new treatment methods, and are champions for UHHH with their colleagues and the community. Nurse Practitioners or Physician’s Assistants who interact with a geriatric population are ideally suited to share experience and insights.

Job Overview:

-Experience and understanding of Home Health and Hospice are preferred, but not required.

-Estimated time spent each week varies for each provider, but is often about 2-3 hours per week.
