Duties:
* Implement the plan of care and evaluate the resident response
*Must maintain confidentiality and resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information
* Prepares and documents medications and treatments which are administered to residents as prescribed by physicians
*Completes all nursing documentation forms as assigned and ensure that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents
*Responsible for making sure resident's physician and family are informed of condition changes by policies set forth and ongoing rules and regulation
*Follows the Nurse Practice Act, policies and facility standards
