    Role Summary:

    As a Wound Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, managing, and treating a wide range of wound care needs. Your expertise will contribute to our team's efforts in providing top-tier care, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatological conditions.
    • Execute precise wound care management, including dressing changes and medically necessary debridement.
    • Develop and implement effective care plans in alignment with our medical director's established protocols.
    • Perform thorough physical examinations of patients, focusing on wound care needs.
    • Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, contributing to overall patient wellness.
    • Liaise with primary care physicians and office staff to promptly report changes in patient condition.
    • Deliver personalized patient education and counseling, promoting health and well-being.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
    • Strong ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
