Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.

Duties:
- Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic health conditions
- Provide emergency care in urgent situations
- Conduct triage and prioritize patient care
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and order appropriate tests
- Provide acute care for patients in various settings
- Offer hospice and palliative medicine services
- Provide infant care including vaccinations and well-child visits
- Perform catheterizations when necessary
- Collaborate with nursing home staff for patient care
- Address behavioral health concerns in patients

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to perform triage effectively
- Skilled in diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of results
- Experience in acute care management
- Knowledge of hospice and palliative medicine practices
- Competence in providing infant care services
- Ability to catheterize patients when needed
