Nurse Practitioner - Kidney Care Center

Established Nephrology practice with offices in and around Elgin, IL is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to join us! We have an immediate opening in our office for a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner who can provide top notch care to our various patients.

Job responsibilities include: out-patient CKD clinic, out-patient dialysis rounding, and some in-patient rounding.

Compensation is competitive!

License in IL required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience in Internal Medicine/Family Practice preferred
• Licensed/Certified in State of Illinois
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
