O’Neill Healthcare is looking for a full-time recruiter to join our team!
The job will partner with our facility hiring coordinators with a focus recruiting clinical nursing positions. On a day-to-day basis, the job will proactively and creatively source and identify candidates to place at our 6 locations. The job must also ensure to maintain accurate records and notes during the recruitment process. This position will start in office with the potential for a hybrid work setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-term care and recruiting.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the full cycle recruitment process. This includes creative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate screening for our open positions. Using the applicant tracking system (ATS), facilitate the job posting, confirm requirements are appropriate for the approved job description, and activate posting.
- Utilize professional associations, social networks, online resources, and other emerging technology to generate a vast candidate pool.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fill critical vacancies.
- Represents the company at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, sponsored events, etc.)
- Find creative ways to place candidates when the ideal shift, hours, or position is not available.
- Work with marketing team to provide public with information about the company and career opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
