Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Being a Nurse Recruiter interviews candidates and refers them to the appropriate clinical service. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Nurse Recruiter typically reports to a manager. May require RN license. The Nurse Recruiter gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
