Experience with AI, Digital/Social, and Recruiting Platforms is a plus. The applicant will be expected to audit current processes within the department and create plans for improvement.
This position will require some travel across our 10 state locations maximizing the recruiting efforts which will include representing Kirk NationaLease at Job Fairs, visiting vocational school programs and holding Open House Interviews at our facilities. Travel expenses are paid and/or reimbursed.
