This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and directly supports the staffing efforts of all CEFCO Convenience Stores. We assist our stores with contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites, keeping records/logs of everyone we contact, and following up with applicants throughout the process. The Recruiter also acts as a point of contact for applicants – answering questions about the company, locations, the hiring process, or any other updates.
What are we looking for in a Recruiter?- 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Professional communication – both verbal and written
- Proficiency working in a multitude of computer programs, including MS Office Suite
