Nurse Recruiter recruits qualified applicants for licensed practical nurses, graduate nurse positions, or positions requiring registered nurse licensure. Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Being a Nurse Recruiter interviews candidates and refers them to the appropriate clinical service. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Nurse Recruiter typically reports to a manager. May require RN license. The Nurse Recruiter gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Position Overview
Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Employee selection process, employee relations, development, risk management, strategic management, and employee total rewards system. This position will focus heavily on recruitment efforts.
Location and Hours of Position
The position is located in Sharon, PA. Hours are generally 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday.
