Nurse Supervisor - Phone Triage supervises the day-to-day operations and coordinates activities of nursing teams in a nurse triage call center. Plans work schedules and monitors call levels to ensure sufficient staffing and adherence to protocols. Being a Nurse Supervisor - Phone Triage responds to escalated problems and may provide patient care evaluations and guidance to nurses. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nurse Supervisor - Phone Triage requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day / 5 days per week.
As a Triage RN, you'll be supporting our all clinics at Dent along with a full team of experienced and tenured nurses. You will be part of a team responsible to support our providers each day, answering patient calls, and follow-up with patients while assisting with prior authorizations, med refills, and general questions. We need a dedicated professional who has excellent social and time management skills to support the incoming calls to the department and a high standard of integrity while providing exemplary patient care.
