Nurse Supervisor - Phone Triage supervises the day-to-day operations and coordinates activities of nursing teams in a nurse triage call center. Plans work schedules and monitors call levels to ensure sufficient staffing and adherence to protocols. Davis Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurses(RN) to join the nursing team at the Davis County Receiving Center (RC) located in Farmington, Utah in the capacity of nursing supervisor.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Classification and Schedule
This position is classified as a full-time non-exempt position, with a regular schedule of 36 hours per week. When applicable, overtime is calculated for all hours worked over 40 during the approved work week (Friday through Thursday).
The Nurse Supervisor will fill one of the current vacancies at the unit. The schedule requirements and shifts are the RC are outlined below

As a member of the nursing team and as the nursing supervisor, it is also expected that the successful candidate have some flexibility to help provide coverage, when necessary.
Compensation
Base Rate
The successful candidate(s) will be offered a base rate based on post-licensure experience.
The starting hourly rate for new registered nurses is $33.00. The exact starting rate for RNs at DBH is calculated using the starting rate 1% per year for each year of post-licensure experience.
Supervisory Stipend
In addition to the base hourly wage outlined above, the nursing supervisor at the RC will receive a supervisory stipend of $200 per bi-weekly pay period.
Shift Differential
This position is eligible for shift differentials during swing, graveyard, and weekend shifts. All hours worked during the swing shift (3 pm - 11 pm) are eligible for a 2% differential. Hours worked during graveyard (11 pm - 7 am) and during all weekend shifts are eligible for a 15% differential.
Coverage Incentives (PRN Rate/Emergency Rate)
Nurses at DBH are eligible for incentive pay when picking up shifts in addition to their standard number of weekly shifts.
