The Phone Triage Nurse, under general supervision, provides nursing triage services and health advice over the phone. Evaluates, assesses, and documents patients' questions or concerns requiring good clinical judgment, careful listening and empathy, and critical thinking and assessment skills. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school

Knowledge of all activities associated with the delivery of quality nursing practices and duties assigned to this role. Skill in nursing practices within the scope of responsibilities assigned to this role. Skill in organization and efficiency. Effective computer and keyboarding skills.
